1. Entry to the competition is open only to customers of SolarEdge located at one of the following countries/regions that attended the 2025 SolarEdge roadshow event in their applicable country/region (“Qualified Customers”): Germany; Austria; Switzerland; Italy; France; UK; Poland; Benelux; Iberia; rest of South Europe [1]; Baltic and Nordic countries, together with rest of Europe [2].
2. Attendance in a 2025 roadshow event in the applicable country/region will be deemed as participation in the competition and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All information, promotional materials and communications relating to the competition, including instructions on participation and information on the prize, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. For each country/region, Qualified Customers will be ranked based on their respective installation and/or purchase volumes achieved until the end of June 2025 in the following categories of products, pursuant to the data available to SolarEdge via the SolarEdge Monitoring Platform, SolarEdge SetApp or otherwise:
   1. Residential PV systems
   2. C&I PV systems
   3. Residential storage systems
   4. Commercial storage systems
   5. TerraMax™ Inverters
4. The top performing Qualified Customers for each category in each applicable country/region will be included in a lottery and a winner for each category will be chosen randomly from such group of Qualified Customers (i.e. minimum 5 winners in each country/region).
5. Each winning Qualified Customer will select one person, at its sole discretion, to receive the winning prize on their behalf (“Participants”). SolarEdge is not responsible for choosing the Participants and reserves the right to reject a Participant at its sole discretion. Each winner Qualified Customer is responsible to ensure that its Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. The winning prize will be a trip to one of the manufacturing facilities of SolarEdge located in the U.S. on a date that will be announced by SolarEdge.
7. If a Participant cannot attend the trip on the announced date, the applicable winner Qualified Customer will either chose another person to claim the prize or will lose its right to receive the prize.
8. The duration of the trip will be 2 days. SolarEdge will cover each Participant’s costs of flights (economy tickets), accommodation, tours and meals (lunch and dinner).
9. Each Participant must hold a valid passport as well as a valid visa for entry to the U.S. where applicable.
10. Each Participant is responsible to maintain applicable travel and health insurance for the duration of the trip.
11. Participants will cooperate with SolarEdge with respect to the trip planning and follow SolarEdge instructions as necessary.
12. Participants agree to sign non-disclosure agreements and waivers prior to the trip, as may be required.
13. Each Participant consents to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data (i.e. name, address, email, mobile phone number etc.) by SolarEdge for the purpose of participating in this competition and the planned trip and fully understand that this consent is given voluntarily and is necessary. The processing of personal data is governed by SolarEdge's Privacy Policy, which can be found on SolarEdge's website (https://www.solaredge.com/us/privacy-policy).
14. SolarEdge reserves the right to include other guests that are not part of the competition in the planned trip.
15. If, in SolarEdge's sole discretion, a Qualified Customer or Participant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, acts unlawfully, tampers or attempts to tamper with the competition, SolarEdge reserves the right to disqualify such Qualified Customer or Participant and forfeit the winning prize. SolarEdge's decision shall be final and binding.
16. SolarEdge reserves the right to amend the competition terms from time to time, including without limitation the entry and/or winning qualification criteria, as it sees fit or cancel the competition in whole, without incurring any obligation to inform the Qualified Customers or Participants. SolarEdge’s decision on eligibility to participate and/or winning Qualified Customers for each category of solar products and/or each country/region shall be final.
17. SolarEdge shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or for any direct or indirect damage that may be suffered as a result of or in relation to this competition, or the use of or participation in the winning prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each Qualified Customer and Participant, severally and not jointly, releases SolarEdge from any and all costs, expenses, claims, suits or other liabilities which it may suffer as a result of SolarEdge’s action or inaction in connection with this competition.
18. This competition shall be void where prohibited by law.
19. This competition will be exclusively governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive venue of the appropriate courts located in London, UK.
