1. By participating in this SolarEdge UK and Ireland Training campaign, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions together with any specific rules set out in the campaign itself. 

2. This campaign is eligible to participants in the United Kingdom and The Republic of Ireland
   
   
3. Employees of SolarEdge are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Eligibility is open solely to people 18 years of age and older who have successfully completed the SolarEdge EDGE Academy training courses: SolarEdge Fundamentals and SolarEdge Expert installer and have received both SolarEdge van stickers*. 

4. This campaign will start on 1^st August 2022 and end on 30^th September 2022. 

5. In order to win a prize**, you have to post a photo of your van stickers* on LinkedIn, tag @SolarEdge Technologies and hashtag #SolarEdgePro.

6. 5 winners will be chosen each week in a draw from those who have posted their photos as above (point 5.)

7. SolarEdge reserves the right to extend/cancel/change the campaign at its sole discretion without incurring any obligation to inform the participants.

8. If, in SolarEdge's sole discretion, a participant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, acts unlawfully, tampers or attempts to tamper with the campaign, SolarEdge reserves the right to disqualify the giveaway claim and in such event any giveaway will be forfeited. SolarEdge's decision shall be final and binding.

9. To the fullest extent permitted by law each participant releases SolarEdge from any and all costs, damages, expenses, and losses which any participant may suffer or incur as a result of SolarEdge's action or inaction arising out of or in connection with this promotion.

10. Without limiting the above under no circumstances is SolarEdge liable to any participant for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or loss of profit.

11. THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
    
    
12. This campaign will be exclusively governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive venue of the appropriate courts located in Tel Aviv.

* Van stickers – are available for installers that have successfully completed their SolarEdge Fundamentals and Expert training courses and who hold a valid training certificate.
