mySolarEdge: the mobile app for your system owners

mySolarEdge is the app to monitor and control SolarEdge PV systems. It's completely free, ideal for residential and commercial SolarEdge plant owners.
MySolarEdge is provided with all SolarEdge monitoring features and allows plant owners to easily check and monitor their installation and to solve several problems autonomously. Therefore, mySolarEdge increases your clients' autonomy and avoid you visits on site.
Follow our 5 advices to help your clients to get the best out of their SolarEdge installation.

- Log into Monitoring Platform
- Log into your client's site page, click on Admin, then Site Access and then Add a new user
- Insert your client's email and the type of Access
- Your client will receive and email from "donotreply@solaredge.com" with the subject "SolarEdge registration - verify your email". He will have to click on the confirmation link
- Share this page with your clients, it has all the useful information on the app
- Data are not appearing on the Monitoring Platform? It looks like the inverter doesn't work anymore? Your client can easily check it:
- if the LED on the inverter is green, the inverter is working correctly
- if the LED on the inverter is blue, the inverter is connected to internet
- if the LED on the inverter is red, there is an error
- On mySolarEdge, the client can restore inverter's internet connect by scanning the QR code on the inverter. He can have more information by watching this video: How to connect the inverter and check its status
- Thanks to the alert tools on the Monitoring Platform, you will get a real time notification if a problem arises in one of your sites. To learn how to set automatic alerts for the remote maintanence, watch our video and the application note
- You are not able to see your clients' Smart Energy devices on the Monitoring Platform? Ask them to select the installer option "visualise and control" from the app mySolarEdge.

- If an in-depth analysis is needed, create a case on Service Center
- If the user asks to modify something in his profile (account credentials, rights, etc) you can, as plant administration, implement the changes
- If you acquire a plant already existing in the Monitoring Platform, you can ask the owner to give you the rights as installer by filling this template
