The team at SolarEdge have been working on ways to improve claims efficiency to reduce the processing burden on you for service work.
Automated Labour Reimbursement
Our labour reimbursement process is now online, automated and simplified. This means reimbursement claims will be easier to lodge and faster to resolve.
Automatic reimbursement will apply to service work conducted on SolarEdge inverters, power optimisers and smart panels that are installed and connected to the monitoring platform.
If you're not the one dealing with the claims, please forward this to your relevant finance person within your organization.
How Do I Start?
As this is an Australian program, you must register for a new unique Australian SolarEdge Vendor number.

What Happens Next?
Once your application form is processed, you will receive a unique Australian vendor number via email.
You can use this unique vendor number to make Automatic labour reimbursement claims on the SolarEdge website;

The compensation for inverters installed before June 1, 2023 will remain at $180 + GST. Please note: the labour compensation payment is comprehensive, and no further payments shall be made by SolarEdge.
