Terms and Conditions

By submitting your testimonial you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions together with any specific rules set out in the promotion itself:

  1. Eligibility is open solely to people 18 years of age and older.
  2. There is no limit on the amount of testimonials submitted by an individual/company.
  3. By submitting a testimonial, eligible participants confirm that they are the legal and/or beneficial owner or otherwise have the intellectual property rights to submit such materials; and therefore warrant that they have obtained rights in incorporating copyrighted materials i.e. music, soundtrack, audio, graphics, images and testimonial clips in their testimonial entry, including consent from any person seen in the testimonial. Each entry and any part thereof shall not at any time infringe or violate any laws or the rights of third party.
  4. By submitting this testimonial, you grant SolarEdge Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (“SolarEdge”) permission to use the testimonial in any and all SolarEdge publications and/or marketing materials worldwide, including, but not limited, those that are printed, published online, or created in testimonial form, without payment, royalties or any other consideration or compensation. You also hereby further irrevocably authorize SolarEdge to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the testimonial for any lawful purpose and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.
  5. If you wish to withdraw your consent to publication of the testimonial please contact marketing@solaredge.com.
  6. To the fullest extent permitted by law each participant releases SolarEdge from any and all costs, damages, expenses, and losses which any participant may suffer or incur as a result of SolarEdge's action or inaction arising out of or in connection with the usage of the testimonial.
  7. Without limiting the above under no circumstances is SolarEdge liable to any participant for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of opportunity or loss of profit.
  8. This T&C's will be governed by Israeli law.
